Scheduling an appointment

1. Call our customer service at 022 869 24 44 in order to schedule an appointment for the pick up and drop off of your items
2. After this call, you will receive from us a confirmation email with the following informations :
   • Confirmation of the scheduled pick up and drop off*
   • A link to our digital ordering form. This one has to be filled out to confirm your order.

Pick up of your items

3. Fill out the deposit form that you received by email. This confirm your order .
   
4. On the scheduled day, place your clothes or other items in a closed bag. Hand it over to our Baechler Driver.

Drop off of the clean items and payment

5. Your item are brought back to you according to the scheduled appointment*.
6. You will be able to pay by card, directly to our driver suring the drop off.

* No-show or cancelation less than 24 hours ahead would involve a 20 CHF service fee.
